Facility Planning and General Layout Studies

Success in industrial facility projects begins with a well-planned layout. In this context, we prepare general layout plans focused on functionality, operational efficiency, and safety. The positioning of production lines, auxiliary units, transport roads, storage areas, and service systems is planned by considering logistics flow, personnel safety, and expansion scenarios.

Cut-Fill Optimization and Terrain Modeling

Platform elevations within the facility site are optimized based on natural topography and ground characteristics. By ensuring cut-fill balance, both cost advantages and shorter construction durations are targeted. Precise terrain modeling is used to evaluate slope stability and drainage requirements in detail.

Internal Road and Infrastructure Design

Service roads, truck and forklift routes, parking areas, and pedestrian crossings within the facility are designed considering ground bearing capacities and traffic scenarios. Road designs are aligned with uninterrupted industrial operations and, when necessary, modeled to accommodate bulk handling, heavy transport, and maneuvering zones.

Industrial Piping and Clash Analyses

Industrial piping systems operating with process equipment are modeled in detail across all branches (mechanical, sanitary, fire, gas, process, HVAC, etc.). To avoid potential clashes that could impact facility operations, comprehensive 3D clash analyses are performed for all piping systems. In critical areas, direction changes, suspension systems, and maintenance access clearances are also considered in the analysis.

BIM-Based Design and Coordination

All piping systems, infrastructure, and structural components are integrated into a shared digital model and coordinated using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology. This approach enhances interdisciplinary alignment, enables project visualization, and minimizes errors during the construction process. It also provides a model-based infrastructure for digital monitoring and maintenance management on-site.
